Comment: I am a former employee of corupt Legit, it kills me that there still up and running, and the fact that I was fired for doing my job, I guess you have to be a felon or convict like Edward Mighetto, a former cop and one of Legits Capts., who was arrested for DWI while off duty and wrecked a patrol car. He was locked up for a year, and they brought him back as a piece of crap Sargent, then two days later he made Capt., He sleeps in the office because he has nowhere to live.

Mr Gil Baca
and Joe Stedham have owned numerous companies together dating back a number of
years. When they sold one and signed a non compete clause they used other
peoples names to front a company, even if it was only for one job! Construction
jobs, concrete, remodels, security, private eye.......the list is long.
Should'nt the IRS check to see if taxes are being paid. U cant deposit a
bizness check into a personal account for any reason. Where are the cops when u
need em. I have heard that Gil Baca has skipped a few years here and
there.(2005)(2003) They have a criminal history of never paying anyone except
the ones that make them money. IE The yes men. The ones that hire and fire for
them. There are so many levels and people to the lives
of these two indiviuals that if only half was discovered they would both be put
in jail for a term of 20-30 years. They have destroyed hundreds of peoples
lives, stabbed people that we would consider family in the back to cover there
tracks. Someone contact the IRS. They will not regret looking into this
matter.

sorry I missed most of the show. I am well acquainted with 2 Gil
Bacas in the security industry. They are a father-and-son team.
They were once affiliated with security services provided by L&M
Technologies when I was VP of Marketing for L&M. I left L&M
when they were hired because the bad character of these 2 characters was
obvious to me and I told the owner, Anthony "Tony" Montoya that
I could no longer represent L&M with those individuals on the
payroll. Tony later fired them both. I understand they were caught
embezzling from the company, but I doubt if they were prosecuted for it.
L&M has government contracts and Tony probably decided to sweep the whole thing
under the rug rather than prosecute. It doesn't look good to government
auditors when you have people in your organization that are prosecuted for
embezzling. You can reach Tony at 343-0200. It's okay to use
my name.

Gil, the senior, is a former NM State Police narcotics officer. I understand he was very successful as an undercover narc officer because he is an inveterate liar, con man, and charlatan. When his son got behind on his rent one time, the elder Gil pulled out a wad of hundreds and paid the rent. I always wondered where the hundreds came from.
As I said, the younger Gil rented from me and stiffed me for about $6,000 in rents.. In my 25 years or so of renting property, I never came across a more skilled deceiver. He has raised lying and deception to an art form. He was involved with an organization, the name of which escapes me, and was caught writing checks to himself without permission. As with most things in his life, Gil "Jr" was allowed to walk on this one, without being prosecuted, because his dad is a former state cop and he returned the money (My guess is that Gil senior put up the cash from the stash of hundreds.) Junior is a perfect "chip off the old block."
Here's another tidbit: for some time, Gil senior's wife Kathy (Cathy) had some high position in Crime Stoppers. There's irony for you...
The last I heard of these characters, they were operating something called "Legit Security." What an appropriate name.
How any of these people have avoided prosecution is a continuing wonder to me.
ROBB, THANKS FOR THE GOOD WORK YOU'RE DOING!!! Call if you need anything. Glad to see some of these guys exposed. I think many have should not be in the security business!

Thank you for your time! My partner and I are looking for an investor to take our company to the next level. We currently have 2.4million dollars is Gross revenue and are projected to reach 8-10 million dollars this year.
