Co-founder of Legit Security, gets slammed with Criminal Tax Evasion Charges

January 28, 2010- Albuquerque, NM-  We all heard that this was coming but the Grand Jury finally indicted Gil Baca a couple of days ago for Criminal Tax Evasion.  I wonder if they are going to allow him to stay out of jail?  His Arraignment is on February 1, 2010.  Doesn't seem right for a man already facing 102 years in a huge separate indictment..

Today is a good day. I am getting about 50 people together to talk to Baca's judge at his arraignment. He shouldn't get to stay out of jail. he is behind on his child support by 7 months.. Jerk.

It may take a long time but the investigating agencies really came through on these indictments. I wonder if all of the other agencies are still pending more indictments? I wonder if the 100 or so employees ever got paid? I wonder if the ripped off vendors got paid?
