Albuquerque, NM- December 16, 2009- The judge heard his excuse in the hearing yesterday and slapped him down with a bond of $50,000 CASH ONLY. This is the equivalent of $500,000 bail. Wow. I guess she wasn't buying into his bla, bla, bla.. Gil Baca remains in jail today.

I heard he asked everyone of his relatives for money and came up dry. This guy will run if he gets out because he has so many other charges chasing him. Lend G3 money- you would have to be a complete moron..

Where is Gil's buddy Joe? Couldn't he loan him money? Oh, that's right. He is on "prosecution side" now.

True, and you are right. The strange news is that Baca was released from jail on December 15, 2009. Back with the probation office and his log said that he is going to be back blogging. I have news for him. If he makes any threats to me or anyone I know- I will be the first one to get on the phone with his PO. This includes harassment of any kind. Jail birds can't do that sort of thing when they are released from jail pending whatever happens to him.
If anyone is catching any crap from this guy still- hit me up with an e-mail and I will give you the appropriate info for the Probation/ Parole office.
