Gil Baca and his crew have been on the news many times for various violations of law, scandals, non-payment of wages to countless employees, license violations, etc. Several news outlets have followed this story and I am sure that they will begin releasing more stories that further document Baca's crimes and accomplices. Baca was indicted on 77 counts and faces up to 102 years. This information was obtained from the Second Judicial District Court in Albuquerque.
I have never agreed with G3's business practices and done my part to expose his corruption despite all of his personal attacks against me. I anticipated that Baca would attempt to talk bad about me thorough his weak, anonymous blogs and misinformation. His efforts were as transparent (as his crimes) and the ownership of his stupid blogs were revealed to me when I made an arbitration claim against him and prevailed. It sickens me to think about how many lives he hurt and or ruined through his scams but in the end his lies and smoke and mirrors didn't work. The Grand Jury obviously didn't buy what he was selling.. LOL. 77 counts! That must be some kind of record.
Don't forget to visit the not fully updated (but almost full) page about much of Baca's 'escapades' and evil deeds. You can also scroll backwards on the main blog page to check out the more recent pages...
Hopefully, the judge who sets his bail will take into account the fact that his prior guilty plea for a felony, who knows how many felony or misdemeanor police reports, intimidation of witness or harassment charges and the suspicious arson incident at his rental house (burning up evidence but not much else).. Hopefully, he will be forced to pay for his crimes. Who knows- it is still New Mexico...
I have spoken to several of his victims and I think we have all decided to smoke a cigar...

It is about time, good job Robb.

Great job and thank you for not giving up on this piece of sh**! I worked for him nad he stole all of my money. I got kicked out of my apartment and had to live out of my car for a month. I really paid for working for a crook. All this while he lived lavish and drove a Hummer. I hope he gets railed in jail.

Gil Baca is a pathetic loser who preys on all who believe him. I was one of those people. I professes to be a Christian but that is all BS as he goes to church sometimes but then does his dirt Monday through Saturday. He deserves everything he gets.
Where is his best friend and partner Joe Stidham now? They stood shoulder to shoulder and made money together. Where are his charges?

Way to go Rob. You really stuck with this story and stayed on these crooks heels. Even when everyone else seemed to give up and they started re-organizing companies. Even when RLD and the license board did nothing. You stuck you neck out and kept interest in the story of all of us who were ripped off.
Baca and his partners are really BAD people. Everyone sees through his scam now- even people at his church. We don't want him putting our Pastor's surrmons on his criminal blog. He still walks the way of the devil and he never changed. He is probably drunk right now. We are all glad this is finally coming to an end.
