By Scott Bass, a licensed PPO Manager and Albuquerque security company owner
Robb, I will answer your question as
to why People are digging your blog for info in Ron Haley! Ron Haley is
soliciting security business in the Albuquerque area and the State of New
Mexico illegally! That’s right Ron Haley is breaking the Law! Haley is soliciting
business under the I.C.U. Security LLC; which he set up. The apple does not
fall far from the tree. Haley was
tied into Baca and Stidham and the Legit crew that is not so Legit. In better
terms; the tree should be cut down and BURNED! JUST TO MAKE THIS CLEAR; RON
HALEY IS NOT AND NEVER HAS BEEN LICENSED IN THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO AS PRIVATE
PATROL OPERATOR.
Haley is pitching his business I.C.U
Security and telling those who are not doing due diligence on Security Firms
that he is licensed to do business in the state of New Mexico. Ron Haley, if no
one has told you- this is illegal. Ron it is like when you catch some one
speeding while you are a Police Officer that upholds the law in Bosque Farms
and you write them a ticket. The person broke the law- right?
Ron Haley and ICU are breaking the law on a much larger scale. This brings me to another question. Why do you break the law in contradiction to your position as Police Officer?
MEMO TO RON HALEY:
As a police
officer you are supposed to stop crime and those who want to break laws (by the
way you can’t break laws either big guy) you are looked at as a leader as a law
enforcement officer.
I have filed a formal complaint and other complaints that were sent to the state and other agencies that are very interested in this man’s illegal activity. More to come on that later!
What illegal activities is RON HALEY committing; one may ask? First, the solicitation of Security Services holding yourself out to he a legal company. You must get an ACTIVE PPO LICENSE; NOT A PENDING ONE.
Workers compensation insurance is required to protect your unlicensed and untrained guards that you hire. Some are from temp services or hired directly by you as temporary employees, although you don’t withhold taxes and pay them in cash, illegally. I have interviewed two personally. They were working on a movie production and their names have been passed on to concerned agencies. You never know when one of them my slip and fall and you become liable for their hospital bills. The State Worker’s Compensation website verifies that I.C.U. Security does not carry workers comp.
I.C.U. Security; it does not seem to
have the stamp of good standing with the State of New Mexico Public Regulation
Commission. This is required if you want to do business legally in the State of
New Mexico. (This is also verified thru the state website). Most times one does
not get this stamp due to tax issues; maybe you don’t have a CRS number. CRS is
the number you get issued to your business to pay your gross receipts.
Ron L. Haley of Albuquerque, current Bosque Farms PD Officer, candidate for Chief of Police in Los Lunas, former chief of police of Tucumcari, Cuba and Elida, NM. If you have held such high positions in the Law Enforcement world; why do you insist on breaking the law so blatantly?

Here is the point of this piece; it is illegal to solicit and provide Security Service in the State of New Mexico with out proper licensing. It is unfair, wrong, and crooked to lie to potential clients who trust in Security Company’s to provide real services according to the law and statues of the State of New Mexico. One would also think it would look bad upon the police agency that employees such officers that break the laws they are suppose to uphold. As for Ron Haley- it is all being investigated as we speak!
Here is the first paragraph of the formal complaint:
New Mexico PI Board
This complaint is concerning ICU Security which is not licensed or compliant in the State of New Mexico. ICU Security is owned and operated in the State of New Mexico by Ron Haley. The LLC paper work submitted to the state and listed on the state web page states that Ron Haley is the sole Registered Agent for the LLC set up in the State of New Mexico. This in-turn would establish only Ron Haley could hold the Trade Private Patrol Operators License for this company and LLC. The LLC paper work does not reflect the Proper Good Standing stamp that is required to do business in New Mexico. According to the New Mexico Workers Comp web site; Ron Haley & ICU Security do not carry the required workers compensation as mandated by the state of New Mexico. All of these issues above are liabilities to the State of New Mexico and potential clients of this unlicensed firm. Ron Haley is soliciting business as we speak!

I agree. His boss, the Chief was doing the same thing, on the news, etc. I don't see anything happening to this guy anytime soon..

Ron Haley has ties to Impact Security which is now AAA Security; these guys are crooks as well and people watch out for them. Hank the owner is running from debt and that is why he opened AAA Security. The State needs to set investigations on this company as well!! Haley goes were he can make illegal money!

Wow. That is a shocker. I heard that Joe Stidham brought in Cadena and Impact when he was loosing a big contract- to try to save it.. It didn't work. I don't think the state draws many strait lines to find these guys when they open up under different names. It is the employees who really suffer.

Yea Cadena is running from big tax debt.... I am sure the state will link him and Impact to AAA Security and shut him down!!!! Ron Haley is just a Punk; he will get his soon. Impact, Tripple AAA, Legit, ICU Security is all the same. They are all flying on the coat tails of each other to self destruction and soon they will all be out of buisness do to their bad ethics. Cadena also tryes to intemidate people by saying he knows Mayer Marty so well. I guess one crook does know another!!

Thank you Sir.

Rob you and your crew of watch dogs do a kick ass job round up the trash and setting it out for pickup! And if Cadena is related to Marty; still gives him no right to be a greedy crook. Marty can't save his ass from the State; Marty and Richardson can't stand each other.

I worked for Impact on a movie production last year and I did not get paid and had no guard card! They called me up to work under their new company AAA Security. Don't trust these guys..... Treat their employees like shit!!!

Ron Haley worked for Impact Security which is now AAA Security last year; I hated the guy. He is one of those guys that thinks he knows everything. He know nothing and should not be a police officer!!!

Anyone who associates their self with Ron Haley, ICU, or AAA Security (Henery Cadena) is looking for trouble and a bad wrap do to the known suspicious activity of these companies and people! Let's clean it up and get rid of these guys now!!!!!

I have never seen a response to a post like this- with the amount of comments. It seems like many people know what Mr. Haley is about. I encourage all to contact Steve Herrera with the NM PI Board. I understand that there is an investigation ongoing and all of this information may help the state.
Thanks for sharing.

WHATS UP WITH THIS RON HALEY GUY: IS THE STATE GOING TO SLAM HIM?????
Posted by: Josh | August 04, 2009 at 03:01 PM
The state doesn't do anything to anyone... He will probably continue doing whatever he is doing until he dies of old age..

Ron Haley has weasled his way into security companies by name dropping and because he is a good con man. Ron Haley owes everyone money, he has given a bad name to all he touches. He will burn you in a heart beat, so stay away from him. He kept payment given for security work done on a movie set causing the little guys to get stiffed. He uses innocent owners to get into security and then trashes their rep. He a piece of work...
