he waited over two weeks to get all his bonds , insurance paper work in place before he even started going out and getting business. And this was after N.S.U DIDN'T PAY ALL THERE PEOPLE FOR OVER 4 WEEKS, THEY KEPT LYING TO THEM. SO WE STARTED ON A SHOESTRING, WHAT GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO PUT THIS ON YOUR BLOG? GET ALL THE FACTS NEXT TIME! lIKE MAKE A PHONE CALL AND GET THINGS STRIGHT!!!! SHAME SHAME SHAME ON YOU! Very interesting .
Did you do any background before you made this post. Obviously not because I know for a fact that the RLD knows all about PSP . and that They are a licensed registered and bonded company . I am an employee

I actually did research this story prior to posting and verified that the company was unlicensed and not registered with the state of NM. After this crazy woman inundated my office with calls I contacted the Board Administrator, Steve Herrera by e-mail to make triple sure. Here is his response.. Below is a string of e-mails starting with this lady then me then to Mr. Herrera.
From Steve Herrera, RLD
Nope

I actually got all of this information from another security company
owner and verified myself that your company does not have a 'Trade
PPO' as registered with RLD on their website. This is a requirement
of law. The CABQ business license has all of that info that was
posted so maybe you should talk to them about what information was
provided when you got it. Public record. Nick doesn't show a PPO or
PPOM. I posted his correct info right off of the state computer and
didn't say anything incorrect in my blog post. IF you have a
registered company with the state you have to have a Trade PPO, it is
the same for all of us.
How would anyone be able to check a company's license? I also tried
to check and found NO Worker's Compensation Insurance, although I
didn't know if you had more than 3 employees so I didn't post anything
about that. I tried to verify your Trade PPO and found none as of
today and RLD didn't answer the phone to verify manually.
Chris said that Nick came into the office today and showed him some
paperwork but none of it was a Trade PPO or a PPO or PPOM for Nick. I
will gladly remove the blog post if the state shows your firm as being
licensed as of the date of the CABQ business license and I did take
your home address off of the blog post. It is the address that was
listed by you or Nick as the company address with the city and it is
public info that anyone can find.
We told Nick clearly to stay out of our office weeks ago and we meant
it. Tell him to stay the hell out of my office.
