I am getting many calls from Legit Security employees. They say that there are notices at the office at 2716 San Pedro NE in Albuquerque saying Legit is going out of business and a "new" company- ICU Security is taking over...
The new company gave an address and phone number that sounded a little familiar... Look at this! It looks a little fishy to me..

There is another notice saying pay day is not today and people will not get paid for 4 weeks, must submit time sheets, to a PO Box...
People say that there is a company repossessing office furniture and everything. I have pictures on the way and I am also getting copies of the notices.
I am in contact with Legit's former managers. One has a case opened up with the US Department of Labor. This could mean immediate payment for all of the employees owed back wages and who have bounced checks! Make sure to take the bounced checks directly to the county District Attorney where you are located and they will also prosecute criminally. I hear that cases are opened up in Taos, Santa Fe and Bernalillo Counties... Contact me for information and I will get you in touch with the right people if you are owed wages or their money by Legit or its owners.
OK. You call the phone number listed above and it get's you to a person who answers the phone "Empire Industries." They are accepting security guard applications and said that people can come by to fill one out. Look at this! I posted this a few months back but didn't see the importance until now.
