May 9, 2009- Albuquerque, NM-- Pictures will be coming in today but it is absolutely verified that ICU Security is still operating, without license and probably without insurance AGAINST the LAW! This is nothing new for Gil Baca, its self stated "consultant."
ICU Security currently does security for the Conoco/ Phillips gas stations and the Giant gas stations in Albuquerque. Most of these stations have standing guards and they are still wearing Legit Security's uniforms. If anyone is curious- the shifts start at 10P.M. In addition, ICU held on to many apartment complexes and currently has one patrol officer. There are about 15-20 employees tied on to this band of thieves, convicts and idiots. I feel sorry for the unsuspecting clients who don't know what is going on.

I fond the PRC filing for this pathetic company yesterday, effective day before yesterday. The state should probably know that this company isn't located at this office anymore, disconnected their business phone number, is unlicensed, etc. I wonder why New Mexico continues to allow these ridiculous things to happen? I wonder when New Mexico RLD will finally do the right thing? I wonder if Gil Baca is going to be responsible for the checkbook of yet another company?
