There is a lot believe me! I have been on the phone since 6 A.M. I will do a summary piece later tonight to let everyone in on a few secrets, reaction from cops, News Media, District Attorney's, RLD, tax authorities, Worker's Compensation officials, employees, Department of Labor (did I forget anyone). This deal has turned really bad for all involved and it is getting worse for the owners/ operators of Legit Security, ICU Security, Empire Security.
One rumor dispelled: I don't think that Legit can file for Bankruptcy and get out of payment of taxes to the government, withholding taken from employee's checks, wages or other monies due for one simple reason- FRAUD. Fraud perpetrated cancels out the discharge of a Bankruptcy case. Filing certainly has no effect on Criminal charges, which are upon them..
