Gil Baca's house burns from the inside... Hmmm.. You don't have to be even remotely intelligent to see that this is too much of a coincidence to be real. Apparently, he is telling people that the main items burned were the EMPLOYEE FILES for LEGIT SECURITY.
Arson investigators, insurance adjustors, law enforcement and the owner of the house will be notified.
I learned about this from one of his top people (past) early yesterday but I got busy talking to so many people I didn't post it. Information is coming in at the speed of light, it seems.
The following is a summary of some things that I learned yesterday about Gil Baca and company..
- Many of Gil Baca's top people are willing to testify against him.
- Gill Baca has absolutely been running Legit Security from its inception until its demise (through all of its "puppet" Presidents). This was confirmed by many people who have been there for the whole time. In addition, Gil Baca controls the bank account to the business and always has. This was not such a good idea when you consider his past financial dealings with companies.. Joe Stidham might want to check with the bank to confirm that Baca took checks written directly to the company and cashed them for his own gain. Apparently many of the top people knew this as common knowledge. I don't know why he would need more money than he already made?
- Gil Baca and Joe Stidham paid themselves $3000 per week salary for owing/ running Legit. This was reduced from $4000 per week when Manny Sierra last showed me their pay stubs (October 2007). Seems a little excessive.
- Gil Baca owns just less than half of Pathfinder FIrearms Outfitters LLC, together with Andrew Steele. It doesn't seem either he or Steele or Baca notified ATF. This was also common knowledge in the company. This is a very sensitive matter. Something like 51/49 % Steele to Baca.
- Gil Baca made tons of verified threats towards me in front of others and solely published his pathetic, poorly spelled blog. He calls calls it "exciting." What a freak. I will be filing additional charges and submitting evidence to Baca's criminal investigators. I had a feeling that he was involved in some of those threats, calls, etc. I am a witness in most of his cases and I guess you can add "felony intimidation of a witness to the lists." Of course I am worried and maybe in fear for myself, especially considering the many, many crimes that this guy has committed. Remember Baca: I am a concealed firearms instructor, Israeli tactical knife fighting instructor, etc. and I will always defend myself... Baca's favorite quote: "There is a whole lot of desert out there for Robb Hamic." Interesting.
- Baca reportedly eats 10 meals a day. I wonder if it is a disorder? Is he trying to eat himself into oblivion?
- Legit Security was the only member of the Security Council (no surprise).
- Joe Stidham went on a "company meeting" with a soon to be former client on Monday during the day. Isn't that the time he is supposed to be at work in Bosque Farms? Stidham took a couple of representatives of Impact Security to meet with a client and tired to sell the contract to them by helping Impact Security to get the security contract. Baca, Chavez and Haley didn't show up to the meeting as planned. I guess Baca didn't want to "confess" that he had lied to the client to get the work. This particular client wasn't fooled.
-I think it is important to remember: Stidham is Baca's best friend in the whole world and that they grew up together. Insiders say: "they may fight but they are always best friends." Stidham still collected the same pay as Baca with his involvement in Legit Security (minus the theft of client checks perpetrated by Baca on a WEEKLY BASIS). Stidham was there to the bitter end trying to make more money by "saving" accounts. He reportedly lives in a $750,000 house. How can you afford that on a cop's salary?
