Don't forget to check the actual guards licensing who will provide the security on your property!
Check to see if the company (if incorporated as an INC or LLC) is registered with the PRC (required).
Verify the City of Albuquerque business license (required if operating in Abq.).
Verify that the company has required Worker's Compensation Insurance.
Check to see that the company isn't being sued by former clients or employees. It may be best for you to background check potential companies and guard employees. Background checks are provided by professional licensed private investigators for a fee.
