I found a web site created by a former employee of Legit Security in Albuquerque who got stiffed for eight weeks pay. Worse still, he is a Veteran and needed some gas money so he could get to his duty station for active duty. He said that "Chief Hibbens" told him "it's not my problem" when he explained that he needed to get paid. I hear that owners and supervisors always get paid first at Legit and guards pay is often delayed many weeks.

There is a lot of information on this web site but the author states, " Legit Security also hires felons and gives them fire arms and has them patrol their posts. I wish the cops would step in and take them all to jail!" And..."Now if you were to look on their home page Legit Security you'll see a picture of the downtown lovelace (formerly known as St. Joseph Hospital), it is a fairly new picture that they put up. Funny thing is that they lost that contract to Impact Security a long time ago. You'll also see on their page that they do background checks, provide armed security for VIP's, and several other services. But guess what? They don't provide any of that stuff. They don't do background checks on their employees, don't give drug screenings, they don't properly train or even send in the paperwork to get their guards their guard cards for the state. They have armed guards running around with out a level 3 guard card or any guard card. Most of their armed security are immature little punks that wish they could be a cop, but can't hack it so they join a guard company and get armed the illegal way."
Wow. It sounds like this former employee has witnessed much of the stuff that I have reported on the Blog and complained to RLD! RLD OR THE PI BOARD CAN YOU PLEASE, PLEASE DO SOMETHING?
One source places Gil Baca (G3) in California but another said that Baca was in Las Vegas. Maybe he is on vacation with his employee's money or maybe he got some "investor" money from that ad that he placed on-line...
