National Security is an unlicensed Albuquerque Security company. It is owned By George T. Davis Jr. and I have written about this company many times on this blog. They are defrauding security consumers by holding themselves out to be a licensed company, hiring guards that are not background checked by the state, allowing them to carry guns and the company is out of compliance with the state regulations on guard training. The guards uniforms and car have not been approved by Albuquerque Police Department or the Bernalillo County Sheriff. The cars look very similar to BCSO vehicles, which is also a violation of law.
It is my understanding that NM RLD did a compliance investigation recently on National Security and recorded the company's unlicensed activity and other violations of law while its guards were actually providing security at Albuquerque businesses. It is amazing that a company could be so blatantly in violation of the law but still operating openly.
Last night at approximately 1 A.M. my investigator noticed that there were two National Security cars parked at a restaurant in Albuquerque on Menaul Blvd. He took photographs of the two National Security Guards as they exited the restaurant and returned to their vehicles. One of the guards is obviously armed and wearing a handgun on his belt. The national Security guards made threats of violence and cursed at my investigator and his passenger. My guy drove away heading East on Menaul and quickly noticed that the two national Security guards were pursuing my vehicle in their marked security cars with their lights and sirens activated. On city streets! These cars attempted to box my car in and run it off of the road. My investigator called APD, who dispatched police officers. The two National Security guards fled before police could arrive but pursued our car to Menaul and San Mateo NE.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FEMALE NATIONAL SECURITY GUARD "MARY" HAD A FEMALE CHILD AGE 8-10 WITH HER IN HER CAR DURING THIS HIGH SPEED PURSUIT.

It is my understanding that the APD Police Officer taking the report called George Davis on the phone and asked him what was going on. Davis told the cop that he "had an ongoing dispute with me." GIVE ME A BREAK! The only reason that Davis has a dispute with me is that I have documented his illegal activity and reported it tot the authorities. He stands to lose hundreds of thousands of not a million dollars from his illegal business operation if he is finally put out of business by NM RLD or law enforcement.
As for the illegal pursuit, death threats and threats of violence, intimidation of a witness, reckless endangerment, child endangerment and other laws that were broken last night- we are pursuing criminal charges with the appropriate law enforcement agencies. I am notifying Sheriff Darren White about the similarity of the National Security cars to BCSO patrol cars and I have notified NM RLD and the New Mexico Attorney General.
Don't think that threats of violence and this type of illegal conduct will deter me in continuing my blog or our investigations. I have dealt with far worse criminals.

With a minor in the vehicle. Real smart. When are these guards wise up and read a few sentences out of the Penal law book? Thats child endangerment and impersonating a officer.
