posted this picture because I think some law are being broken (besides all of the security laws). This woman, "Mary", who works for National Security is taking her young child out late at night while she breaks the law working for an unlicensed an illegal security company. "Mary" was involved in a high-speed car chase on Menaul Blvd. NE where she illegally pursued my investigator on a city street (with this same juvenile in the car). This practice is very dangerous and may not be considered "good parenting." My investigator called 911 and Mary and her National Security "partner" in an additional car fled the scene before the police arrived.
This particular picture was taken after midnight. Isn't there a child curfew law? Is it safe for a child to be patrolling Albuquerque's worst areas at night? Scroll down (posts) for video of the same incident but with the addition of "Mary's" unique vocabulary.
How long will it take for the state to shut down this illegal company and its unsafe practices?
