Legit Security Inc., an Albuquerque security company was sued for Fraud, conversion, civil conspiracy, unjust enrichment and punitive damages in new Mexico District Court. Case No: 2007-09351 dated October 25, 2007.
The lawsuit states:
"An elaborate scheme of fraud and embezzlement defines Baca's tenure at Skillstorm. He promptly was fired for cause on September 22, 2006, when the extent of his illegal acts surfaced. Several of those acts involved Terry and Stidham."
"The scheme took several forms ranging from simple check theft to the invention of fake employees and customers to siphon money from Skillstorm and Skillstorm SSD. Baca went to great lengths to profit handsomely, and illegally, at Skillstorm and Skillstorm SSD's expense."
"Skillstorm provided security services for a national Guard Association convention. The National Guard Association paid two checks totaling $25,181.62. Baca fraudulently endorsed these checks and deposited them in his personal account at Sandia Federal Credit Union."

This is a scummy company. Joe Stidham is the Chief of Police in Bosque Farms. Why hasn't he been indicted? I heard that this company hires felons also. I know they were sued for Fraud and Theft by another guy. How does a company like this get business anyway?

THIS COMPANY IS CROOKED!!!! Payroll checks bounce left and right, they can afford to buy new vehicles, homes, drinks at the strip clubs for their office personnel, but they cannot afford to pay their own employees!!! My friend there lost her home because of the bounced checks and they still owe her almost $2000 in backpay including overtime, not to mention $300 in NSF fees from her bank!!! A friend of mine lost his job just the other day because he tried to blow the whistle on the payroll checks to the other guards, to warn them the last batch of checks wouldn't cash because THERE WAS NO MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT but as soon as he walked onto post he was relieved of duty. SOMEBODY PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!!!
