I actually got a cease and desist letter from Gil Baca's Criminal Attorney.  It was dated February 2, 2010.  I responded to him and wrote him back yesterday.  I didn't realize that yet another indictment came in after I responded.  No return call yet.. LOL.

It is interesting that RLD is finally moving with the info we provided a year ago or more.  I have a few other people that I am watching out for as I sent up an unbelievable amount of evidence.  I think it is coming for these guys too...

Orlando Jaramillo gets busted again.. Impersonation of a police officer.

This guy has always made me sick.  He is one of those guys who dosn't go away and is always lingering around the security business.  His latest job was training security officers on the use of Tasers and other police weapons.  He is a fraud in the highest sense of the word and a scumbag.  Yes, that is my opinion..

An Albuquerque man was jailed Friday, accused of posing as a Bernalillo County deputy, and deputies were tipped off only after he failed to pay for police equipment.

Officials say he drove what looked like a cop car, wore a badge, and even went so far as to try to arrest an undercover deputy for a traffic violation.

Investigators say 35-year-old Orlando Jaramillo called a police equipment company, identified himself as a deputy, ordered equipment and then failed to pay up.

The company called deputies, which started the investigation earlier this week, but one neighbor says he was masquerading as a cop for at least two years.

Another neighbor, who didn't want to be identified, says she knows him as something else.

The neighbor said Jaramillo is, "A scam artist, a fraud, um, a liar, a cheat, a bad neighbor."

Jaramillo drove a white Crown Victoria, that neighbors say had lights and a computer in the car. Neighbors also say he was often armed.

The unidentified neighbor said, "He's shown us a gun many times. He's shown his badge many times. There have been incidents where neighbors' houses doors are open, and he'd be the first one out the door with his gun out, kind of like being the hero, the protector of the neighborhood."

After deputies got the tip from the police equipment company, they set up an operation to expose Jaramillo as an imposter.

On Friday morning, deputies say an undercover detective drove in front of Jaramillo's imposter car and swerved, just to see what he would do.

Investigators say Jaramillo pulled the detective over, flashed his badge, and identified himself as a New Mexico State Police Officer.

That's when the real law enforcement moved in.

Investigators arrested him and searched his home. There, they say they found Tasers, a handful of guns and APD, BCSO and state police badges.

Jaramillo faces three felony charges, including fraud, and is being held on a $50,000 cash-only bond. Investigators say he's been arrested for fraud once before.

G3 get's indicted again. This is the 3rd Grand Jury Indictment in just over a month.

I was surprised that Regulation and Licensing took so long on this one.  I was over a year ago that I talked to these people. At least Justice is being done.  I can't help but notice a certain name withheld from all of these indictments.. Hmmm..  I hear that there are Federal charges coming also.  Anyway, happy readying and thanks to everybody and all of their help.  The state was very happy with the information we provided.

Bernalillo County Grand Jury Indicts
Gilbert C. Baca III on Multiple Counts

NMPRC’s Insurance Fraud Bureau Instrumental in Proceedings

 

SANTA FE – On Wednesday, Feb. 24, a Bernalillo County Grand Jury indicted Gilbert C. Baca III on multiple counts of forgery, one count of computer access with intent to defraud or embezzle and racketeering.

 

It is alleged that Baca III – a security service provider – provided false certificates of insurance to several clients in order to obtain or maintain security contracts with various businesses within Bernalillo County.

 

Leo Montaño, Chief Special Agent of the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission’s Insurance Fraud Bureau, was responsible for investigating the matter while Chief Prosecutor Alan Rackstraw presented the bureau’s finding to the Grand Jury.

 

The Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office recently indicted Baca III on 77 counts of fraud and embezzlement, among others.

GB's arraignment yesterday...

February 2, 2010- I will buy a cup of coffee if anyone can tell me what happened in the court hearing on his arraignment yesterday..  I searched the in-custody list at the jail and he isn't on it.  Does that mean that they really left him out of jail again?  LOL.  Me and about 250 others can't believe it if that is the case..  But, this still is New Mexico.  Mr. Baca- don't do it a gain.  We will leave you out of jail until the hearing.. Just stop getting indicted or else I might have to put you in jail again.. :/

I have turned up some interesting information that he is behind on his child support obligations by seven months.  Man, there are some stories there.  I also heard that he has entered a completely new profession where he can talk to people about being good, get forgiveness and ask for money at the same time..  This should be interesting..  I'm going to get some video of this for my readers.  I am also holding back on some new information I dug up in terms of e-mails that are hilarious for the right moment..

I am finishing up a book about gaining personal/ corporate intelligence and karma.  It is funny.  I wrote a descriptive paragraph about Baca last night that made me laugh.. This is probably the first time he is reading this and may not know it was me who was behind some of his defeats..  LOL. Good times..

My office manager told me that my attorney was on the line and I answered the call.  “I’ve got Baca here in my office now.  He wants to know if you will take less.  He wants to discount the judgment by fifty percent,” he said.  “Hell no,” I replied.  “Tell him that I will have the Sheriff take all of the contents of his office to satisfy the debt.”  There was silence.  The attorney says, “he is writing a check now.”  I laughed and told him “that wouldn’t work either.  Tell him to get me cash or a cashier’s check or go to hell.”  I heard him repeat it to Baca who didn’t sound happy.  I heard my attorney chuckling because he was used to hearing me talk like this when I was fired up and had the appropriate amount of leverage applied to a target.  I knew I would get the money soon enough, which I did in cash.

Does anyone remember the warning that we gave- for the last few years?

Seriously, this is a complete joke.  Look at all of these problems, charges, crimes, photos, news stories.  Why did it take so long?  This page isn't even fully updated.  Let's hope that this never happens again..

Co-founder of Legit Security, gets slammed with Criminal Tax Evasion Charges

January 28, 2010- Albuquerque, NM-  We all heard that this was coming but the Grand Jury finally indicted Gil Baca a couple of days ago for Criminal Tax Evasion.  I wonder if they are going to allow him to stay out of jail?  His Arraignment is on February 1, 2010.  Doesn't seem right for a man already facing 102 years in a huge separate indictment..
